A Day at the Races

May 18, 2017, 7:17am. About Me. I’m sitting in Starbucks on East 23rd Street at Third Avenue, Manhattan. I had planned to go to Starbucks at Atlantic Terminal and just sit there all day working exclusively on uploading the pictures of items in the kitchen, pictures that I took during the past week or so, pictures of items on display in the two kitchens, 11th floor, Brooklyn YWCA, and, pictures of vehicles and items on Atlantic Avenue; however, I won’t be able to because I must go back to NYU School of Dentistry.  The dentist sewed what’s left of my upper left gum, to my cheek, which means that, once healed, no denture will fit.  I did not know until this morning when I was rinsing my mouth, that, the stitches extend to my cheek; there’s now no separation between what’s left of my upper left gum, my palate, and my left cheek.

My appointment was in the oral surgery department, to surgically remove a chip of bone from my upper left gum (or rather, what’s left of my upper left gum).

Yesterday was the third surgery on my mouth in the past three months. The first surgery: remove a chip of bone from my upper gums (my soft palate had not yet completely shrunk). The second surgery: remove the maxillary frenum, the thin piece of skin that connects the gums to the upper inside lip (between two front teeth).  An Italian female dentist did the surgery.  When I sat in the  dentist chair I asked her name, and she told me, but she did not actually show me her name on her badge, and I began thinking I would not be on my best behavior if I asked her to show me her name badge.  I think she said her surname is Vallani. She is Italian.

This morning, this is what was or is on display in one of the kitchens on the 11th floor (I did not put this box on the table nor do I know who was told to), the Atlantic Avenue side of the kitchen, the kitchen between Alice Legree’s room and mine (lasagna is Italian):

I mentioned to the dentist that she has beautiful eyes. I said it without thinking; I was not trying to flatter her (I do not believe in flattery).   Later, after she injected the needle in my mouth, I said to her, “I’m not a women’s libber but I must tell you, this is the first time I’ve not felt any pain during needle injection.” I had mentioned to her before the needle that, seems to me the research and development should have progressed to the point where numbing the gums could be done in a needleless painless manner.

When it was time to perform the surgery, another female came in the room.  She held the dental suction, which is now designed so that it suctions the skin, painfully so!  While the dentist was doing something that sounded like drilling and also chipping sounds, the other female, whom I had assumed is a nurse, was suctioning the dental suction to my mouth.  I began flailing my hands toward the woman who was holding the dental suction in my mouth.  Then I motioned my hands to let the dentist know I had to speak and I explained that I wasn’t trying to attack the woman who was holding the dental suction, but the thing was hurting me, and almost choking me!

I was wondering why it was taking so long to cut the thread.  I opened my eyes.  During the cutting of the long thread, both females had scissors in my mouth!

I found out after the surgery that the other woman, whom I thought was a nurse, is also a doctor. I asked her what is her name.  Her name badge was not visible.  She spoke with an accent.  I asked her name, explaining to her that, I’m sure if she went to a doctor she would want to know the doctor’s name.  It sounded like she said Tassi. I said “Tassi?”, without meaning to emphasize my reaction to her name and I probably without meaning to, stared at her.  (TASS is the Russian News Agency.)  And she said, “No, Tazi.”  And because I was trying to be on my best behavior I did not ask her or the other dentist if I could see their name badges to write down their names, stupid me!

The thought never occurred to me that what’s left of my hard palate (I no longer have a soft palate) is now connected to my cheek.  I should have suspected something when I saw the NYU Langone ambulance in front of an NYPD car yesterday, driving past Henrik and Jane.

There’s another Thor Equities next door to the new post office.  Glenn Vogel is the person to contact to rent retail space. B.M.F., Stone Cold (professional wrestler). I asked this Starbucks (East 23rd Street at Third Avenue) customer if I could take a picture of his T-shirt. He is now a plaintiff in a legal case against Berkshire Hathaway, Accenture, Bain, Citicorp, Verizon and many other corporations including and most especially the Mormon Church of Satan.  cc all Mormon barristers

I asked this Starbucks (East 23rd Street at Third Avenue) customer, a white female middle class high school student probably on her way o school, if I could take a picture of her (school attire) featuring a picture of James Dean smoking.  (I don’t fault her parents. Parents are no match for “this system of things”.)  She is now a plaintiff in a legal case against Berkshire Hathaway, Accenture, Bain, Citicorp, Verizon and many other corporations including and most especially the Mormon Church of Satan.  cc all Mormon barristers

I asked this Starbucks (East 23rd Street at Third Avenue) customer, an Asian male, if I could take a picture of his T-shirt, IC ILLEGAL CIVILIZATION which reminded me of the Starbucks customer who apologized to me for “bumping” my computer electrical cord, and also reminded me of former President Barack Hussein Obama’s comment about “pulling the plug on grandma”, and, reminded of CJZ.  He (not JayZ, certainly not! “He”, meaning, the Asian Starbucks customer) is now a plaintiff in a legal case against Berkshire Hathaway, Accenture, Bain, Citicorp, Verizon and many other corporations including and most especially the Mormon Church of Satan.  cc all Mormon barristersWhen an Asian female walked in Starbucks carrying a burlap Catbird tote bag, I so wanted to ask her if I could take a picture, but I didn’t because I thought, if I continue to ask customers if I can take pictures, I won’t have time to post the rest of the Vogel Kipp Skadden information.  Catbird is in Brooklyn, on Bedford Avenue.  The Wedding Annex is on Driggs Avenue.

I just realized, I don’t have to wait until 10:30am, the time of my appointment yesterday.  NYU School of Dentistry opens at 8:30am.  I am a dunce.  I am no match for the “masters of the universe”, none of whom are Italians or Jews or Muslims.

May 18, 2017, 12noon.  About Me, continued.  I’m back from NYU School of Dentistry.  I’m now at Epiphany Public Library.
